Expansion of the ORIGO shopping center

Expansion of the Origo shopping center and construction of the Origo One business center. After the expansion works, the total area of Origo is 80,000 square meters. Class A offices are located on the upper three floors of the new building.

Thermowhite team has performed coating of floor sound/thermal insulation system Thermowhite WD 100R in the construction of the new building. The total amount of installed thermal insulation is almost 15,000 m2.

Jaunā Teika

Jauna Teika is the largest Hanner project in Latvia. It is a multi-functional complex of almost 7 ha. Jauna Teika is located in VEF district, next to the main artery of the city of Riga – Brivibas Street. Purposefully developed as a highly dynamic urban environment comprising business premises, apartments and office spaces.

Thermowhite team has performed coating of floor sound/thermal insulation system Thermowhite (WD 100R + PE 5/300) in 3 multi-storey multi-apartment houses at 14 Ropazu Str. with a total area of 24 000 m2 and in the administrative building at 8 Ropazu Str., where works take place in two rounds, total area of floors to be coated in round 1 is 16,500 m2, in round 2 – 22,500 m2, in this complex.

Z-Towers

The multifunctional complex Z-Towers consists of two 30-storey high circular towers, which are connected to the underlying podium. Tower height: South 123 m, North 117 m. There are 336 residential apartments in the towers, Class A office spaces 10,000 m2, parking spaces for 700 cars, Fitness and SPA area more than 4,000 m2.

Z-Towers is one of the most technically complicated construction projects in Latvia. Thermowhite team has installed more than 15,000 m2 of ThermoWhite thermal insulation in this object.

Multi-storey residential building Philosopher’s Residence

“Philosopher’s Residence” is two high-rise buildings with business class apartments in nearby Pardaugava, Ranka dambis 34, opposite the Old Town. The complex consists of 2 buildings Hamman and Herder. The buildings are unique because they are designed so that absolutely all apartments have a view of the center of Riga and the Old Town. In the entrance halls of the residence you will find libraries that complement the idea of the building’s architects – to form associations with books in the design of the building’s facade and interior.

High-class heat and sound insulation – ThermoWhite – was used in the construction of the object.

Multi-storey residential buildings at 26 Vesetas Str.

26VESETAS consists of two 10-storey residential buildings with 102 apartments. Apartments are special by their unique interior created by Latvian interior designers, each placing their vision of the life of the city.

Thermowhite team has performed coating of floor sound/thermal insulation system Thermowhite (WD 100R + PE 5/300) in this object with a total floor coating area of 3042 m2.

Multi-apartment residential buildings Gaiļezera nami

Gaiļezera nami project is a complex of 6 nine-storey multi-apartment buildings located on the coast of Lake Gaiļezers with well-equipped area, not far from Biķernieki forest.

Thermowhite team created building roof slopes using Thermowhite seamless sound/thermal insulation material in three buildings.

PSKUS A block construction

P. Stradins Hospital new block is the most extensive and expensive project in Latvian medicine in recent years. In the round 1 of the block construction, three blocks have been built: first (A1), second (A2) and sixth (A6). As the construction continues, the third (A3), fourth (A4), fifth (A5), seventh (A7) and eighth (A8 )block will also be built. Total built area is 30,438 square metres.

Within this project Thermowhite team performed coating of floor sound/thermal insulation system Thermowhite (WD 100R + PE 5/300) and filling of the monolithic sections with Thermowhite WD 100R.

VEF Culture Palace reconstruction and renovation

Rīga Municipal Institution VEF Culture Palace is an architectural monument of national importance. Internal planning and interior finish of five rooms is an art monument of national importance. During the project, the building was reconstructed and renovated, the area was improved, equipment and stationary facilities were purchased and installed. Installation of floor sound/thermal insulation system Thermowhite was performed on the site.
