The development project at Olaine Primary School in Jaunolaine, at 2 Meža Street, included the construction of a new extension, improvements to the existing building’s energy efficiency, reduction of heat losses, and upgrades to the building’s technical condition.
As part of the project, SIA ThermoWhite Baltic provided floor thermal insulation using the ThermoWhite system. The seamless insulation solution enables the creation of a uniform and continuous insulation layer, helping to reduce heat losses and improve the building’s overall energy efficiency.
Particular attention was paid to modern and sustainable energy-efficiency solutions. The buildings are designed to meet A+ energy-efficiency standards and feature individual ventilation systems with heat recovery, solar panels, and other modern technologies that promote efficient energy use and create a comfortable environment for students and school staff.
The ThermoWhite solution complements the project’s comprehensive energy-efficiency measures by providing high-quality floor insulation and contributing to the building’s long-term energy performance.
